With the demise of the federal electric vehicle tax credit at the end of September, automakers are trying to boost EV demand with incentives. Tesla’s latest offer cuts lease prices across much of its lineup, and the automaker is also offering financing deals.

Tesla’s current lease and financing deals are as follows:
- Model 3 (Premium Rear-Wheel Drive): Lease for $329 per month with a $3,000 down payment (down from $429). Tesla is also offering 2.99% financing for up to 60 months on Model 3 purchases for well-qualified shoppers.
- Model S: Tesla is offering 3.99% financing for up to 72 months on Model S purchases for well-qualified shoppers.
- Model Y (Premium RWD): Lease for $449 per month with a $3,000 down payment (down from $529). Tesla is also offering 3.99% financing for up to 60 months on Model Y purchases for well-qualified shoppers.
- Model X: Tesla is offering 3.99% financing for up to 72 months on Model X purchases for well-qualified shoppers.
- Cybertruck (AWD): Lease for $699 per month with a $5,000 down payment (down from $749). Tesla is also offering 2.49% financing for up to 60 months on Cybertruck purchases for well-qualified shoppers.
But there’s a catch to all of these: The deals won’t last long. Tesla said lease prices will go up Nov. 1.
